samzhe.in connects to your Amazon Seller/Vendor account via the Amazon Selling Partner API to sync and display your data. You must comply with Amazon's policies and applicable law.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the data you connect. You must be authorized to access any Amazon account you connect.
A 7-day free trial is offered. Paid plans (Starter, Growth) are billed monthly. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST). Payment terms will apply once billing is enabled.
No misuse, reverse engineering, or use that violates Amazon's terms or any law. We may suspend accounts that do so.
You own your data. We process Amazon data only to provide the Service to you, per our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PremiumAV Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
