Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial and no card is required to start, so there is nothing to refund for the trial period.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, because samzhe.in is a digital, continuously-available service.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at online@samzhe.in and we will review it in good faith and refund verified errors.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days after approval.
