PremiumAV Private Limited ("we", "us") operates samzhe.in. This policy explains how we handle account data and Amazon Information.

Amazon Information

• Amazon Information is collected only through authorized OAuth / SP-API integrations that you complete.
• It is used only for authorized catalog, inventory, orders, pricing, reporting, analytics, and Direct Fulfillment workflows in your account.
• We do not sell Amazon Information.
• We do not share Amazon Information with unauthorized third parties.
• Access is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate the service.

Account data

• Account details you provide (name, email, hashed password).
• Usage information needed to operate the dashboard and support.

Security and retention

Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS. Refresh tokens and other Amazon secrets are stored with restricted access and application-level AES-256-GCM encryption at rest where implemented. Credentials are not stored in the public webroot. Retention is limited to operational need. After the applicable retention period or account disconnect, we delete or anonymize associated Amazon Information, subject to legal obligations.
